We saved two lives at Ste-Flavie!



"On January 7/2009, at 10:53 am, the Quebec monitoring station team, responded to a fire alarm in Ste. Flavie, Quebec.

I'm pleased to inform you that, due to your burglar alarm, I can write to you today. My son and I, were alerted by the phone call of your monitoring station operator at the same time as your alarm started. Following the triggering off of our alarm, we had not observed any smell, or smoke and nevertheless, four minutes later; it was not any more possible to return to our place of residence. Then, we are persuaded that your system played a primordial role for our security. As for me, I shall never live in a house or an apartment having no burglar alarm and of security. It will be priority."

"Dear Madam,

My wife and I want to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service we received from your employees during a burglary attempt in our residence on March 14, 2009.

We were in the Quebec City area when we were notified of the triggering of our alarm system. The operators communicated with the police, who noticed upon arrival at our home, that there was evidence of attempted burglary. The thieves had tried unsuccessfully to push in the front door and this had triggered the alarm. It is at this moment that your operators connected me with the customer service department.

Customer service quickly took control of the situation. With the police and our daughter, who went to the scene, the gentleman made sure that the system remained armed in spite of the state of the door. With an emergency locksmith, and the help of our daughter, he coordinated a temporary repair and rearmed the system. He did all of this with efficiency and courtesy.

It was the first time, and we hope the last one, that we live through such an experience. It is reassuring to know that the personnel at the monitoring station assure our protection. Please accept my deepest gratitude."
